Understanding Hoisting, Rigging, and Lifting
While often used interchangeably, these terms describe distinct parts of the lifting process:
- Lifting: The complete process from preparing the load to its final placement.
- Rigging: Securing loads, selecting proper hardware, and calculating angles for safe transport.
- Hoisting: Moving loads vertically with cranes, winches, or chain hoists.
Our team is skilled in all three, ensuring materials move safely and efficiently — whether across a job site or dozens of stories up.
